Detailed Description

Tasks, executors, and timers under stlab/concurrency/.

task provides move-only callables. executor_base composes executors and timed submission. default_executor documents priority scheduling and the versioned executor_abi. main_executor provides main-queue execution; immediate_executor invokes work synchronously. system_timer documents timer ownership and shutdown. set_current_thread_name provides thread naming.

Process lifecycle belongs to pre_exit. Higher-level futures, channels, and serial queues belong to STLab, not this standalone package.
